I am so exited.  I know I don't usually do post for bloggers, but I couldn't pass this up.  On the Pinterest blog, they announced yesterday that Pinterest now has analytics.  This is for businesses and bloggers to see how their pins are doing.  Most bloggers are obsessed with stats.  So, they will love this.  I know, we are a funny group of people.

If you are like me, you've had those days where you start cooking or baking something and realize you are missing an ingredient.  It is so aggravating.  I don't want to run to the store but I have to do something if I am going to finish whatever I am fixing.  Well, here are some ways you can make some substitutions for some ingredients.  Just remember that in most cases, it is better to use the ingredient that the recipe calls for.  Your final product might turn out exactly the same way.  However, I've found that most of them don't make much of a difference if any.

I have been having big problems with my eyes and headaches (in addition to my fibromyalgia).  I was so glad when I saw a show that talked about it.  I think it was on Dr. Oz, but when I looked for the episode on his website, I couldn't find it.  Anyway, I realized that part of my problem was probably from looking at a computer screen all of the time.  I wonder if this has something to do with reading ebooks, too.  I have a Kindle, and it has a glare free screen which is suppose to be better.  It is still a screen, though.

I don't know about you but I grew up with Vicks when I was sick.  My mom used to rub it on me all of the time when I was congested.  I still like the tingling feeling and menthol smell when I am sick.  I don't know if it is the memories of being taken care of or the Vicks that makes me feel so much better.
