Make Some Delicious Cinnamon Rolls

You are going to absolutely love these cinnamon rolls.  They are delicious if I say so myself.  Depending on how much you roll out your dough, you should be able to get between 20-24 cinnamon rolls with this recipe.  I know that sounds like a lot but you can do what I do, and freeze the rolls individually.  Then in the morning all you have to do is stick them in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute (depends on your microwave).  They will be warm and taste like they just came out of the oven.

I was getting a little tired of my old pizza dough.  So, I decided to change up the recipe some.  I came up with this wonderful pizza dough.  I love it.  You can use it for pizza, breadsticks, calzones, and much more.  I'm sure you will love it.  It is different from any other recipe I've ever tried for pizza dough.  It is well worth the extra ingredients.

Quick & Easy Sausage Biscuits

My husband loves to stop at McDonald's to get a sausage biscuit in the mornings on his way to school.  It drives me crazy because it is such a waste of money.  I've been harassing him about this forever to no avail.  He has slowed down but hasn't stopped completely.  I am trying to make it easier for him to stop.  I started making sausage biscuits and freezing them.  They are super easy to make and save loads of money.

Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits without the Buttermilk

Yes, you can make buttermilk biscuits without buttermilk.  I never buy buttermilk because I never use it all and I don't hate to throw food away.  It is so easy to make your own buttermilk.  For one cup of buttermilk just use 1tbsp of lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar) and add enough milk to make 1 cup.  Let it sit for 5 minutes, and you have buttermilk.

Yesterday, I decided to make some breakfast burritos.  I'm tired of the hubby stopping to get a fast food breakfast.  I hate getting up early (and my fibro is not good in the mornings).  So, I decided to cook a bunch of breakfast burritos and freeze them.  All he (or my daughter) has to do is warm it up in the morning.

I know I'm not a great photographer.  It tastes much better than it looks.
Ok, I made this last night, and it is delicious!!!  Everyone will love this including the kids.  It is like eating cheese dip.  Remember when you are cooking that you can change any recipe to something you like, add something, subtract something, add a little more of an item or don't put as much of an item.

With the cold, wet weather, I really wanted some warm and creamy soup.  I love Potato soup.  This time I decided to kick it up a notch with some garlic.  It turned out great.  My daughter has eaten it probably 3 times this week, and took some to school.  You know it is good when your kids keep eating it.  This is so easy to fix.  I did mine in my crock pot.

Pulled Chicken

Do you like pulled pork?  How about pulled chicken?  What you haven't heard of it before?  This recipe tastes almost like pulled pork but it is made with chicken, and the best thing is, it is easy, easy to make.

Shredded Chicken

1 can or bottle of beer
1 bottle of Barbeque sauce
2-3 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1/2 - 1 sm. onion or leeks
1 lg. spoonful of minced garlic

Throw everything in a slow cooker.  Cook for a couple of hours until the chicken starts falling apart.  Put in a large bowl and pull apart with a couple of forks.

We made sandwiches with the shredded chicken.

Brownies Kicked Up a Notch

I love brownies.  We all love brownies.  I usually take the lazy way out, and make them from a box.  However, I always add something to it.  Usually, I kick them up a notch.

Brownies Kicked Up a Notch
1 Box of Brownie Mix
Water, Oil, Eggs per directions
3 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Sauce
1/2 c to 1 c Chocolate Chips
1/4 to 1/2 Chopped Pecans

Fix brownies a directed on box, then add all other ingredients.  Cook as directed.  Cool on Rack.  Cut & Enjoy!!

See, super easy.  I told you I take the lazy way out.
