Pinterest Analytics

If you like all of these great freebies and deals, make sure you sign up for my newsletter.

I am so exited.  I know I don't usually do post for bloggers, but I couldn't pass this up.  On the Pinterest blog, they announced yesterday that Pinterest now has analytics.  This is for businesses and bloggers to see how their pins are doing.  Most bloggers are obsessed with stats.  So, they will love this.  I know, we are a funny group of people.

Anyway, if you want to know how your pins are doing, you can now check it out if your site is verified.  You will know if your site is verified if it has a check next to your URL on your Pinterest page.  It is easy to verify your page by following the direction here.

To check out the analytics for your page follow these easy steps:
1.  Use the new view on Pinterest.  (I like this one better anyway.)
2.  Make sure your website has been verified.
3.  Click the down arrow by your name in the top right hand corner.
4.  Click on Analytics.  Voila, you are done!!

Check out what the Pinterest Blog says you will find on your analytics:
If you have a verified website, you’ll get information about how many people have pinned from your site, how many people have seen these pins, and how many people visited your site from Pinterest. We’ll also show you a selection of your most repinned, most clicked, and most recent pins so you have a better idea of what’s popular.
