I love the floral scent. Before I took a look at the ingredients, I knew that it had gardenia, one of my favorite scents, in it. The scent is not overwhelming.
Unlike some perfumes, this one lasts all day long. I put some on this morning, and I can still smell it. So, I do not have to reapply later in the day, which would end up costing me more. Another reason it puts a smile on my face.
Speaking of cost, this one is very reasonable. I was shocked when I saw the price, not because it cost too much but because it is so affordable. It is only $20 for the 1.7 Oz EDP Spray, and $29.95 for the 3.4 Oz EDP Spray. You couldn't ask for anything better. In addition, I love the bottle.
A Little Bit of Info:
American style icon Denise Richards has developed her own perfume in collaboration with Firmenich. Firmenich is one of the world’s top fragrance design houses. Denise Richards wanted to make sure that only the most luxurious ingredients were used in this fragrance.
The Denise Richards Eau de Parfum is a sexy, beachy white floral bouquet. White flowers have the most voluptuous and sensual floral aromas. Denise’s scent has the natural, relaxed feeling of sundrenched tropical white flowers on a warm breeze.
Check out the ingredients in the Denise Richards Fragrance:
Coconut Water has a refreshing, splashy, beachy aroma with a cooling sensation. It makes the fragrance feel casual and inviting.
Plumeria is the signature of this fragrance. This classic tropical flower smells like a sundrenched Hawaiian vacation: beachy, sunny, warm, creamy, exotic. It has a natural sensuality and is easy to wear.
Ylang-ylang is a tropical tree whose flowers exude a rich, sundrenched aroma similar to jasmine. Its name means “flower of flowers.”
Gardenia has a voluptuous white floral impression, luxurious and womanly. It has a rich, creamy texture and a glamorous feeling.
Jasmine Sambac is sensual and elegant, complex and fascinating. Among the many types of jasmine, jasmine sambac (also known as pikake) has an especially diffusive, petally impression.
Tiare, also known as Tahitian gardenia, has a sundrenched exotic white floral connotation. It smells like a tropical beach.
White Lily has a cooling, fresh and slightly spicy floral aspect. It brings a delicate freshness that opens up the bouquet and gives it volume and air.
Warm Musk smells like clean, suntanned skin. It helps bind the floral notes so they last longer, and imparts a feeling of comfort.
Vanilla has an irresistible creamy, comforting effect that goes right to our instinctual triggers of desire. While the fragrance does not smell overtly like vanilla, it’s lingering there in the background, supporting the white flowers.
Violet Wood blends the creamy sensuality of sandalwood with the powdery soft floral warmth of velvety violet. It has an understated elegance and a longlasting effect.
You can purchase on the new Denise Richards website. Believe me, you will love it, and it makes a great present. Of course, you might get lucky and win a free bottle. Check out the giveaway here.
