This coming Saturday, September 12th, Sam's Club is offering free health screenings, at least in my area.  You just need to enter your zip code on their page to check the dates and times for the club nearest you.  This month Sam's club is doing Thrive with Diabetes.

Every month Sam's Club offers different health screenings.  This could save you 100's of dollars, and possibly save your life.
