Lafayette's premiere burlesque troupe - Boom! Boom! Burlesque - is tickled to bring you the first show of their 2014 season, "Le Voyage de l'Amour," to Cite' des Arts on Saturday, February 8 at 10:00 pm. Tickets are available online at CitedesArts.org or at the door for $10 - adults only!
This scintillating show brings you on an elicit escape featuring the luscious ladies, magnificent men and who-knows-what-else of Boom! Boom! Burlesque. Experience singing, dancing, romancing and hilarity as they turn the tables of time and the conventions of stage performance in front of your eyes!
Boom! Boom! Burlesque is a creative performance tribe that entertains, empowers and provokes by expressing beauty in a variety of forms. Denying the traditional stigma attached to eroticism, the troupe produces vaudeville-inspired pieces that embrace diversity and sexuality with its own unique style and class.
