This coming Saturday, August 10th, Sam's Club is offering free health screenings, at least in my area.  You just need to enter your zip code on their page to check the dates and times for the club nearest you.  This month Sam's club will be doing Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, Dental Tabs, Take home DNA swab kits, Child Safety ID Kits, and Vision.

Every month Sam's Club offers different health screenings.  This could save you 100's of dollars, and possibly save your life.
