“In His Grace”, a two-act original musical comedy written by local playwrights; Jane Martin Billeaudeaux and John Verly Richard, with direction by Christy Leichty, program director for Cite’ Des Arts and musical direction by Glenn Hebert, promises to entertain and amuse.
“In His Grace”, set in Louisiana, follows the antics of a preacher. He begins his adventure with his 2 crazy cousins and the best of intentions, but encounters 3 Temptresses along the way; Greed, Lust and Power. The music, diverse and engaging includes, but is not limited to; Gospel, Country, Blues and Rock and Roll.
The music is captivating and hilarious, and has been professionally produced into a CD by members of Feufollet, and other professional musicians in Acadiana. This is one musical that is not to be missed! Nine Performances run May 10th through May 26th, every Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm with Sunday Matinees, at 2:00 pm.
