Kids eat free on Halloween (10/31/12) at Outback Steakhouse with the purchase of an adult entree. This is good for curbside or dine in. So, don't worry about cooking on Halloween. Take the kids out to eat before trick or treating (or after) or pick up dinner on your way home.
