Reminder: Free After Rebate: 5lbs of Science Diet Pet Food

Here is another rebate for Science Diet pet food.  It can be used on dog or cat food.  You can not use this with any coupon though.  It is good for up to $13.99.  You must make your purchase by 4/30/12.  Just follow the directions on the rebate form.
