nature sounds and download it or just listen to it online for free. My doctor actually recommend that I sit and listen to something similar to this. When I went in Wednesday, he sat me in a room for about 20 minutes to listen to some from another website. It did help me to relax a little bit, which helped with my pain management some. Of course, the one he recommended is not free. So, I think I will try this one out.
